About
SocrateEZ AI
SocrateEZ AI is built on a straightforward principle: before you automate anything, ask whether it’s the right thing to fix. Most AI promises transformation and delivers conversation. SocrateEZ AI starts with structured questioning to figure out what actually needs to change, then builds AI agents that do real work inside the systems a company already uses.
That methodology applies across three core practice areas—Workforce Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Stakeholder Engagement—and extends into business development, finance operations, and marketing. Start with one, combine them when the work belongs together. The team stays in control of the decisions that matter.
About
Mikey McPhail
Mikey spent 25 years in the workforce industry watching it get very good at measuring hiring—and not much better at fixing it.
He led Client Solutions, Operations, and Business Intelligence for the world’s largest workforce programs at ManpowerGroup and Magnit, analyzing more than $10B in workforce data across hundreds of strategic workshops and global MSP programs. He saw the dashboards, the reports, the metrics. What he didn’t see enough of was all that data actually changing outcomes for the people being hired.
That’s why SocrateEZ AI exists. A hiring process isn’t a reporting problem. A real person is waiting on the other end to hear the words, “Congratulations. You’re hired.”
Mikey’s convictions come from knowing people at every level of hiring—from executives in boardrooms to workers on production floors. He understands how differently the process looks from either perspective, and he builds technology that works for leaders who need results and people who want to get hired for the right job.
Mikey holds a BBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Baylor University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt focused on Statistical Process Improvement.
